ABOUT THE AUTHOR

An avid believer in the power of meditation, Rhona is a graduate of Chopra
University, where she qualified as a Global Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor for the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Rhona is also a certified Guided Imagery Therapist and Medical Hypnosis Instructor.

In addition to holding Primordial Sound Meditation classes, Rhona currently works  from six clinics in Orange County, California, offering imagery and hypnosis to patients during their medical procedures, and maintains her private practice in Orange. She also offers free monthly meditations at a local hospital in Newport Beach.

Rhona has been honored with a Humanitarian of the Year award in recognition of her work with trauma victims and first responders for the local Trauma Intervention Program. She is also a sought-after motivational speaker.
